1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Kelvix Energy website, purchasing hardware, or registering as an authorized dealer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable laws, and regulations.

2. Hardware Warranty Coverage

All Kelvix Energy manufactured products carry manufacturer warranty coverage against defect in materials and workmanship when installed by certified personnel:

• Kelvix TerraCell™ Lithium Battery Systems: Up to 10-Year Performance Guarantee (Long Cycle Life @ 80% DoD).
• Kelvix NexaVolt™ & SolMax™ Inverters / PCUs: 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty with nationwide on-site replacement service.
• Kelvix DuraMax™ Tall Tubular Batteries: Up to 60 Months warranty (36 months free replacement + 24 months pro-rata).
• Commercial MegaVault™ ESS: 10-Year System Performance SLA with scheduled technical preventative audits.

3. Authorized Distributorship Guidelines

Authorized Dealers, Regional Distributors, and Stockists agree to maintain genuine Kelvix pricing policies, represent technical specifications accurately, and utilize certified technical tools for on-ground installation and servicing.

4. Technical Support & RMA Policy

Warranty claims are serviced through our pan-India network of authorized service hubs. Defective components within warranty terms are repaired or replaced within 24-48 business hours.
